Fondue with oil
Hot oil is put in the communal pot and the temperature is maintained with a special gas burner.
On the side, different types of meat are served cut into cubes and with the help of a long-stemmed fork are fired in the oil for a brief time.
Broth fondue is another type of fondue in which the oil is replaced with vegetable broth and the meat is boiled in it instead of frying it.
Different types of meat, mostly veal, but also pork, chicken, fish, calamari, shrimp and octopus are used for the broth fondue and the fondue with oil.
An important detail is that the meat for the meat fondue is cut into thin strips in order to boil more quickly.
