I. RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF THE SITE
Use of this Site to provide information or make a reservation with us is limited to individuals aged at least eighteen (18) years old, as well as individuals and entities that may enter into legally binding contracts under the applicable law. By providing any information on the Site, you certify that you are at least 18 years and are able to enter into agreement.
By browsing or using this site, you accept the following, without limitation:

(f) You will not use any device, software or routine program, including, without limitation, viruses, Trojans, worms, bugs, bots, or malware to unauthorized damage, change data, to interfere with, or attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the Site.

II. RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF MATERIALS
All copyrights, trademarks, and any other intellectual property rights are our exclusive property. You may not design or use framing techniques to apply any of our trademarks, logos or other proprietary information (including, without limitation, images, text, page layout, or form) without our express prior written permission. You cannot use meta tags or other hidden text using our name, trademarks or other proprietary information without our express written permission.
Trademarks, logos, service marks displayed on our site (herein collectively called “Trademarks”) are registered trademarks and are commonly protected. Any reproduction or use of any of the trademarks displayed on the Site without our prior express written permission is prohibited by national and international law. Nothing contained in this Site should be construed as granting, by default, the license or otherwise licensing or the right to use any of the trademarks without our express written permission. All trademarks mentioned on this Website, which are not owned by us, are the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use of the Site or the materials contained therein may violate the applicable trademark laws or other intellectual property laws.

- WHEN AND WHY WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION.
Every point of interaction between you and our site, whether electronically, by phone or in person, is a moment when we can collect information from you. Below, there are examples of when and why we can collect your information, bearing in mind that this list is not exhaustive.
We collect personal information that helps us make your reservation and ensure that the services meet your needs. This information helps us personalize our expertise in our restaurant.
2.2 PROMOTIONS AND MARKETING
This information enables us to inform you about promotions or other offers or information. Some of these promotions require your personal information to be shared with a third party, including marketing and communications companies. These companies have signed a contract with us and are required to protect any such information that they have access to. If you do not wish to receive such promotions and information from us, you can indicate this when staying with us or you can contact us or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We also collect personal information when conducting customer satisfaction surveys or focus groups to improve our products or services. This information may be collected by third parties under a contract with us and they are obliged to protect any such information that they have access to.
2.4 OTHER TYPES OF INFORMATION
Please note that in addition to the personal information described in the previous sections, we may also use CCTV and other security measures in our restaurant, which can capture or record photos of guests and visitors in public areas. You accept that by using any of our public spaces, we can capture and use your image for security and investigation purposes.
2.5 SENSITIVE INFORMATION
Sensitive information refers to information related to your racial or ethnic origin, political views, religion or other beliefs and health (allergies, food intolerances). In principle, we do not collect sensitive information unless it is provided voluntarily by you. We can only use the health data you provide to help us better serve you and meet your specific needs.
- HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal data can be collected through online forms, by phone, by e-mail, personally or otherwise covered by this policy. Except for the security measures discussed above or other areas outlined in this policy, whenever we need to collect personal information from you, we will voluntarily ask you to provide us with the information we need. The most common examples of such requests are when making a reservation, which we’ve described in more detail below.
If you wish, you can send your email address to our subscription list or get other information. We will only put you on such lists when you indicate your desire to be included. We do not sell or rent our lists to anyone. Once on such a list, you can ask to be removed from the list at any time. Visitors will always be able to accept or deny any form of communication from us.
We can also collect data using pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIFs, or similar tools (collectively called “pixel tags”) that let us know when you visit our site and understand how you interact with our emails or ads. These methods also collect aggregate data that we hope to use to improve our websites to better meet our visitors and customer preferences. When you browse or want pages, our sites do not collect information that will disclose your personal identity unless you voluntarily and knowingly provide it to us. We will not collect any information that discloses your personal identity unless you access the web sites through a link provided by us in an email or you have logged in to an online account on our websites or it was stored on our websites through a cookie or computer. In these cases, we will know who you are based on the information you have previously provided to us.

We treat the information you provide to us as confidential. The information stored in our restaurants is kept in a safe place, whether locked in filing cabinets or in secure electronic databases. Reservation information is stored in a secure client database on a dedicated server. We also maintain a separate personal information database used for marketing and research purposes.
For your personal protection, please do not include any sensitive personal information, including, without limitation, credit card numbers, in all emails you can send us.
