2.1 RESERVATIONS
We collect personal information that helps us make your reservation and ensure that the services meet your needs. This information helps us personalize our expertise in our restaurant.
2.2 PROMOTIONS AND MARKETING
This information enables us to inform you about promotions or other offers or information. Some of these promotions require your personal information to be shared with a third party, including marketing and communications companies. These companies have signed a contract with us and are required to protect any such information that they have access to. 2.3 SURVEYS
We also collect personal information when conducting customer satisfaction surveys or focus groups to improve our products or services. This information may be collected by third parties under a contract with us and they are obliged to protect any such information that they have access to.
2.4 OTHER TYPES OF INFORMATION
Please note that in addition to the personal information described in the previous sections, we may also use CCTV and other security measures in our restaurant, which can capture or record photos of guests and visitors in public areas. You accept that by using any of our public spaces, we can capture and use your image for security and investigation purposes.
2.5 SENSITIVE INFORMATION
Sensitive information refers to information related to your racial or ethnic origin, political views, religion or other beliefs and health (allergies, food intolerances). In principle, we do not collect sensitive information unless it is provided voluntarily by you. We can only use the health data you provide to help us better serve you and meet your specific needs.

Personal data can be collected through online forms, by phone, by e-mail, personally or otherwise covered by this policy. Except for the security measures discussed above or other areas outlined in this policy, whenever we need to collect personal information from you, we will voluntarily ask you to provide us with the information we need. The most common examples of such requests are when making a reservation, which we’ve described in more detail below.
If you wish, you can send your email address to our subscription list or get other information. We will only put you on such lists when you indicate your desire to be included. We do not sell or rent our lists to anyone. Once on such a list, you can ask to be removed from the list at any time. Visitors will always be able to accept or deny any form of communication from us.

For your personal protection, please do not include any sensitive personal information, including, without limitation, credit card numbers, in all emails you can send us.
